This series of vertical lathe is suitable for hard alloy and ceramics etc knife tools,they can do mechanical processing such as rough,semi-refine and finishing machining to inside and outside cylindrical faces,inside and outside circular conical faces,hollow and different kinds of curve faces,and notch cutting.
There are totally three models for this kind of lathe:high-speed type,standard type, heavy load type for you to choose from.
High speed cutting,the highest cutting speed can be 2000m/min.when the knife rest quickly running,the speed can be 12m/min.
The main transmit use main spindle servo motor to drive,two-speed gear shift use imported ZF gear box,high speed rotating,static and dynamic balance,use high accuracy transmit gears,grinding crafts,realizing high transmission efficiency, stably operation with low noise and high speed.
The feeding system is driven by alternate servo motor, and the motor and ball screw connected by flexible coupling,realizing none transmission interval,and the operation accuracy is high.
The vertical column is hot symmetrical structure,and is installed at the bottom of worktable,by using of finite element canculation to take effective isolation measures,high rigidity and high anti-vibration capabilities.
The worktable is hot symmetrical structure, the main axis use double column cylindrical roller bearing with high accuracy and adjustable diameter radial interval to centering,the axial direction use large-scale thrust ball bearing as rolling slideway,and also equipped with oil cooling device,so the worktable own features like high rotary accuracy,huge load ability and small thermal deformation.
Feed motion of ram and knife set use straight line double direction rolled to make the knife rest have a smooth movement,high transmission efficiency,good accuracy maintained.
The CNC system use Simens or Fanuc system,also customers pointed others.
The lathe can be configured with chip cleaner and semi-closed protection cover.
According to the users' requirements,we can offer tool carrier,tool setting device in the machine,milling and boring function,worktable indexing and feeding function,grinding function,left vertical knife rest and full-closed loop controlled.
